Sexual Harassment and Bullying

A safe and respectful workplace benefits everyone. This package helps your team understand, prevent, and respond to bullying and sexual harassment. Through gamified micro-learning, an expert led talk or workshop, and practical materials, employees learn how to recognise harmful behaviour, support others, and contribute to a culture of respect.

Micro-Learning Overview

The package contains two modules with six learnings:

Anti-Harassment training

  1. Understand what sexual harassment is and recognise that it can be verbal, symbolic, or physical.

  2. Learn about quid pro quo and hostile work environment harassment.

  3. Explore consent as a key concept for preventing harassment.

  4. Use The Consent Handbook to learn how to ask for and respect consent.

Anti-bullying training

  1. Test your knowledge on workplace bullying and learn to recognise common signs and behaviours.

  2. Learn how to identify, respond to, and help prevent bullying in your workplace.
