Competing alongside some of Iceland’s most innovative start-ups—including Defend Iceland, GreenBytes, IceMedico ehf, Oceans of Data, Opus Futura, PaxFlow, and SheSleep—was a true honour. This victory underscores Alda’s commitment to revolutionising workplace inclusion through data-driven, scalable DEI solutions.
