Our co-founder and CTO Sigyn Jónsdóttir spoke yesterday at the Future of Learning EdTech Showcase, hosted by Samtök menntatæknifyrirtækja (IEI) at Business Iceland as part of Iceland Innovation Week.

In her talk, "How micro-learning is transforming workplace culture," Sigyn shared how Alda combines workplace culture survey data with targeted micro-learning to help organisations close the gaps that matter most, whether that's psychological safety, feedback, or inclusive leadership.

"Format is only half the story. The real question is focus," she said. "Five minutes of the wrong content is still wasted time."

The event brought together ten Icelandic EdTech and HRTech founders to showcase how Iceland is shaping the future of workplace and education technology.
